Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room we initially received was very hot and not what we had booked, after speaking with the reception, we were moved to a better suite. The rooms, overall, were great, but they lacked hooks and space to hang wet items. The pools were small yet sufficient for children.
The hotel was nice enough, clean, and spacious, with a lovely view of the sea front from the parent's sleeping area. However, the room lacked hanging space for wet swimming costumes or towels, which made it less comfortable. The service was fantastic, especially with children, although the dining experience could be improved. The location is excellent, perched at the top of a cliff between two beautiful beaches, and the resort is within walking distance to several sandy beaches. The dining options were decent quality with a good variety, catering well to children. Facilities were superb overall.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, though the bed felt small, and there was a lack of hanging space for wet clothes. On the bright side, the room had a large double bed, a single bed, a bunk bed, and an extra bed for a child, making it very comfortable overall. The service was helpful and friendly, attending to all our needs with a positive attitude. The location right above Porth Sands with beautiful cliff top views, a wonderful maze, and nearby beach access was fantastic. The dining experience was mixed, with delicious food but limited options and some room for improvement in tea cup quality. The hotel's facilities were pleasant and functional, adding to the overall positive experience.
